I recently helped a small food seller arrange a shipment that needed to stay chilled from pickup to arrival. We started comparing different refrigerated truck delivery service options and realized that temperature control is only part of the process. The condition of the truck, loading time, route, and delivery schedule can also affect the shipment. We wanted to avoid any issues with the products along the way. For anyone who has arranged refrigerated deliveries before, what details do you normally check before choosing a service?
